The Vancouver Island Regional Library services are designed to help you succeed … at work, at school and beyond with lifelong learning. We provide online and in-library service options. This includes reference and reader’s advisory services, as well as programs and special events for children, teens ands adults. The Library offers public access computers with Internet as well as wireless Internet at all library branches.
