He has successfully marketed over thirty different projects in Victoria, North Vancouver, and in the Comox Valley. During the past several years, that involved the development, sales, and construction of new homes on over 650 lots.
Additionally Michael has successfully marketed Crown Land properties for the BC Assets and Land Corporation, as well as the property division of the Bank of Montreal.
