Eric L Kay, Forest Road Consultant, is an internationally recognized authority on Forest and Industrial Roads and is versant with the Forest Practices Code of British Columbia, Canada.
He develops and presents training courses internationally for both Government & Industry on subjects such as: Road Construction, Road Maintenance, Safety, Road Deactivation, Deactivation layout, Equipment operator training, Bioengineering, Best Management Practices, Controlling Costs, and Forest Practices Code.
In Watershed Restoration and Road Deactivation he specializes in problem terrain and difficult situations.  He acts as project manager and environmental monitor.
